Body Wrap Preparations
Your appointment will last about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, arrive 10-15minutes early for forms and consultation review.
 
  • Bring an extra pair of undergarments.
  • Bring a pair of slippers or flip flops.
  • No lotions, oils, perfumes or colognes.  Make-up and deodorant is ok.
  • Eat and drink lightly a 1 ½ before your wrap. 
  • Please do have something to eat.
  • You’re welcome to bring a magazine, iPod, a portable DVD and your own choice of music.

Rules to keep inches off and prolong your results.
  • No eating after 6:30p.m.
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to cleanse your body.
  • Limit your salt, sugar and caffeine intake.
  • Avoid carbonated beverages, sweets and starches.  Carbonation holds toxins in.
  • Cut down on animal fats.  Fiber and complex carbohydrates are excellent substitutes.
  • Do not shower before the wrap or for 6-8 hours after the wrap.  Soaps, lotions and creams clog the pores of the skin and will hinder the effectiveness of the wrap. 
  • Dry skin brush every day before your bath to firm, tone and tighten skin.
  • Exercise at least 2-3x’s a week. At least 10-20minutes at a time.
  • Make healthier food choices and substitutions.
  • Be positive! You will reach your goal.
