6 SIX DEGREES MARKETING (I) Conditions
- Valid to new clients only.
- Conditions 18% Gratuities not included.
- One card per person will be honored.
- Additional VIP cards may be purchased as gifts only.
- Maximum one (1) complimentary service per day.
- No verbal agreement will be honored.
- Limited Availability During Holidays.
- We require 24hr cancellation notice or service will be forfeited.
- Certificate Must be presented at time of service or appointment booked will be charged at full price.
- VIP card expires four (4) months from the date of purchase.
- Please allow five (5) separate visits.
- No refunds available on this offer.
- Not valid unless paid in full to Representative.
- Checks made payable to Six Degrees Marketing.
- All checks returned NSF will be electrically debited for the face value plus returned processing fee as allowed by state law.
Just Breathe Applicable Policy
- Read 6 Six Degrees Marketing Conditions, Sign and Date back of brochure.
- Read Just Breathe Massage Applicable Policy.
- Without
card you will be charged the regular price. If you choose to cancel,
you will be charged $39 for reservation and visit will be forfeited.
- Maximum
one (1) complimentary service per day. Complimentary visits are booked
based on availability and Just Breathe Massage discretion. At times
only one (1) complimentary visit per month can be honored.
- Visits are samples of services available. Upgrades are recommended, you should get the most out of your treatments for this awesome deal.
- You have a standing 15% off any regular price service til the expiration date of your 6 Six Degrees Marketing certificate when you rebook day of your visit.
- A credit card or $39 deposit required when booking all appointments. All rescheduling and cancellation policies will still apply if a credit card is not taken prior to your visit.
- A 24 hour minimum is required for rescheduling/cancellations, or service booked will be forfeited and charged a $39 Non Refundable Reschedule/Cancellation fee. If arrival is 15 minutes after appointment time the Reschedule/Cancellation policy applies. We request this notice to accommodate all our clients and waiting list.
- In the case we cancel your appointment less than 24hrs, you will be upgraded for FREE.
- Couples massage not available. Coupled services are available.
- You
have six (6) months to use all your visits. It is your responsibility
to use all your services prior to the expiration date.
- There is a $10.00 two (2) month extension fee.
- Not to be combined with any other discount, promotion, or coupon. No
substitutions. Non-transferable. Unwanted or expired visits will be
forfeited.
- No Refunds. All service and sales or final.
